Violet (Therapydia Vancouver)
I has been dealing w/ lower back and sciatic nerve pain on and off for a couple years but after several visits to Therapydia the pain was gone. One thing that I thought was cool was that Neena helped to re-align my hips/ pelvis and even out my legs through exercises and stretches. I like that I can continue to use these tools to (hopefully) prevent pain in the future.

Kamilla (Therapydia Tanasbourne)
Awesome experience! Pauline has been wonderful to work with. I've learned a lot from her about my injury, and she's been a huge help in getting me back to training, giving me all sorts of creative exercise swaps tailored to my injury. I also worked with Annika a few years ago and she was amazing to work with too, very knowledgeable and helpful! I really appreciate this place and always look forward to my next appointments.

Big Isle Gal (Therapydia Kona)
I had a great physical therapist. She knew what I needed to do to strengthen my body to help support my condition. She asks great questions and listens to my responses. Now I am able to take care of my body and keep my condition contained. Very professional and friendly!

Kevin H (Therapydia Lake Oswego)
Tyler was my primary PT, however through the course of my treatment (pre and post-OP) I have seen Jay and Jackie. I appreciate that no matter who I see they are able to pick up where the other left off. I am nearly at the 12 month mark of seeing PTs at Therapydia and I could not be happier with the team including Nick who has helped tremendously with the Insurance portion of my treatment.

Gus Schultz (Therapydia Hazel Dell)
Kelly really takes the time to understand what kind of pain I'm feeling, what kind of activities trigger this pain and, most importantly, comes up with a game plan of how to treat this. I can tell Kelly goes the extra mile (no pun intended) to asses and re-asses how progress is going. It was very helpful to me the way she explained what is going on and what approach we will take to improve my injury.

Edd (Therapydia Tanasbourne)
Zach was upbeat, positive and carefully guided me through 3 months of rehab. Started with barely being able to walk or walking comfortably, back riding my road bike, etc. still have more strength work but hit my goals regarding what I wanted to be able to do. Great listener and adapted exercise to focus on specific issues. Set me up with goals exercises to continue progressing!
